What is Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS)?

CPS allows you, the customer, to select the provider you wish to use for your telephone calls. You can use one provider for your telephone line rental, and a different one for your telephone calls.

I agreed to set up my service with yourtel on the phone. Why do I not need to sign anything?

The telecom regulator in Ireland in accordance with the European Distance Selling regulations allows for the use of a verbal agreement in the selling process in order to make it easier for you to switch telephone companies. A signed agreement is not necessary. The recording made will serve as substitute.

Is there a need for me to contact my former provider and inform him, that I have changed to yourtel?

No. We will take care of everything with your former provider unless they require you to cancel in writing.

Will I still have call waiting, call divert, emergency numbers, and directory assistance?

Yes. You won‘t lose any of these services.

How often will I receive a bill from yourtel?
